Questions? We’ve got answers:

  • Which content can be accessed through the TV app?

    With the Hotmart TV app, your students can access their online courses that have a Members Area and use the Hotmart Video Player.


    To access additional class content, like texts, live class, quizzes, comments, and complementary material, students just need to scan the QR code on their TV screen to access the content directly on Hotmart Sparkle or via computer, tablet, or mobile.

  • What smart TVs are currently supported?

    At the moment, the Hotmart TV app is available for the following TVs: Samsung Tizen 2017-2021, LG WebOS 2017-2021 and Android TV (Android 7.0 - 9.0).

  • How do students download the app onto their TV?

    It’s easy! Your students just have to access their TV’s app store, search for “Hotmart” and download the free app.

  • How do students log in to the Hotmart TV app?

    Once downloaded, your students need to log in with the same email and password they used when they purchased your course.


    Or, they can log in via QR code. To do so, they need to download Hotmart Sparkle in their smartphone’s app store, log in with the same email and password they used to buy the content, click on the Profile menu, and then select the QR code option. Then, they just need to scan the QR code shown on the TV with their smartphone camera and wait to be logged in!
